Responsibilities

The Primary Care Physician Leader will act as a resource and coach to the clinical team, collaborating with advance practice providers and fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Geriatrics or complex patient care preferred
  • Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • EMR experience
