Job Summary:

We are seeking a Reliability Process Engineer to optimize aseptic manufacturing processes for a global medical device company. This role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and enhancing sterile systems, including cleanrooms, utilities, and production lines.

Job Duties:
  • Assess and improve aseptic processes for sterility, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Implement solutions to enhance cleanrooms, utilities, and sterile production systems.
  • Lead engineering projects to maintain sterile manufacturing standards.
  • Optimize preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment in sterile environments.
  • Analyze operational data to support continuous improvements and ensure cGMP compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to aseptic manufacturing regulations and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive improvements.
  • Support energy efficiency and sustainability in sterile operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, focusing on aseptic or sterile environments.
  • Expertise in aseptic systems (cleanrooms, HVAC, utilities) in pharmaceutical or sterile production.
  • Proven project leadership experience in aseptic manufacturing.
  • Medical device industry experience preferred.
