We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic Technology Team This is an on-site position where you will work 4 ten-hour night shifts from Monday to Thursday, from 3 PM to 1 AM, at our Glendale production facility.

As part of our Enterprise Technology Team, your role will be integral in providing rapid and scalable support to our manufacturing staff, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer comprehensive support and assistance to both production and corporate team members.
  • Manage PC support by updating and replacing software/hardware as needed.
  • Configure and deploy new software to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Order replacement hardware to maintain functionality.
  • Support telephone, infrastructure, and printer/copier systems by setting up and configuring devices; troubleshoot network cabling, server applications, and maintain printers/copiers.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including creating and maintaining user accounts and managing equipment inventory.
  • Research and evaluate new software and technologies to drive improvement.
  • Foster effective communication among team members and provide necessary training to staff and end users.
  • Maintain knowledge of various computer, video, and technical systems and equipment to support our diverse needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in technology and/or computer-related support.
  • A valid Arizona Driver License.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform essential job functions is acceptable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • CompTIA Network+ Certification
  • Windows 10 Certification
