Description The Pharmacy Manager provides oversight to all pharmacy business lines with ultimate responsibility for achieving regionalized multi-state excellence in quality, safety, risk, caregiver experience and service goals for Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services and Home Medical Equipment ministries. Washington Pharmacist License upon hire. Pharmacist License in state of hire and wherever care is delivered. 5 years Management experience including quality, safety and risk program development, recruitment and retention, and pharmacy system assessment, development, and refinement. Experience in LTC or home infusion pharmacy services. Experience pharmacy practice operations and systems. Active member in American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree- Business Administration. Residency in pharmacy practice.
