Job Description:

A Mechanical Assembler is responsible for putting together component parts or pieces adhering to a specified set of blueprints or schematics. They verify the correct quantities of components parts and quality checking completed items, manage parts inventory and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Assembling small parts

  • Welding and soldering

  • Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.

  • Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.

  • Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.

  • Follow company procedures and directives.

  • Test finished products for defects.

  • Maintain the tools used to create products.

  • Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Aerospace experience

  • Welding experience

  • Assembly experience

  • Previous medical device assembly experience preferred

  • Ability to read and understand technical documents

  • Basic computer skills

Descripción del trabajo:

Un ensamblador mecánico es responsable de ensamblar componentes o piezas que se adhieran a un conjunto específico de planos o esquemas. Verifican las cantidades correctas de componentes y controlan la calidad de los artículos terminados, administran el inventario de piezas y utilizan herramientas manuales y equipos mecánicos para producir estructuras y productos estructuralmente sólidos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Montaje de piezas pequeñas

  • Soldadura y soldadura

  • Sigue instrucciones técnicas, interpreta planos de ingeniería y términos técnicos.

  • Discernir la calidad de las piezas y materiales utilizados en la producción.

  • Inventario de piezas y herramientas utilizadas en el proceso de montaje.

  • Sigue los procedimientos de la empresa y directivas.

  • Pruebe los productos terminados para detectar defectos.

Requisitos:

  • Diploma de preparatoria / GED

  • Experiencia aeroespacial

  • Experiencia en soldadura

  • Experiencia en montaje

  • Se prefiere experiencia previa en montaje de dispositivos médicos.

  • Capacidad para leer y comprender documentos técnicos.

  • Conocimientos básicos de informática.
