Multi-Modality Tech – Mercy West Open to cross-training a Rad Tech interested in training in CT. *Could be eligible for a Sign-On bonus up to $15,000* Schedule: 4-10s (20 hours X-Ray and 20 hours CT) Job Summary: The primary responsibility of a Multi-Modality Technologist is to perform and produce images for any combination of 2 procedures with related techniques. Essential Functions: Performs duties for both XR & CT. Safely operate equipment and accessories to minimize risk of patient and equipment. Selecting appropriate imaging and sequences in alignment with multiple factors. Knowledge in workflows, procedures, and processes of the imaging modalities. Perform venipuncture including starting, maintaining, and removing intravenous access. Provides radiation protection and other protection specific to the modalities. Obtain and verify the patient clinical history and lab work. Use of POC device for Lab work.
