Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing B2B eCommerce sites and business processes to propose improvements in user experience and site performance.

• Document requirements, business rules, and master data using tools like Confluence.

• Collaborate with development teams and designers to create new features and improve UX designs.

• Work with QA teams to create test cases and execute end-to-end testing in QA systems.

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and secure required sign-offs for production deployment.

• Train business users on new solutions and features.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions to production.

• Present innovative ideas for enhancing user experience and overall performance.

• Participate in daily scrum calls, workshops, QA sessions, prioritization meetings, retrospectives, and deployments in each sprint.

• Maintain and update Jira backlog, stories, defects, and tasks regularly.

• Work with product owners, business teams, and scrum masters to obtain necessary documentation approvals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Industry experience in manufacturing or related fields is highly desirable.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

• Demonstrated leadership and project team management skills.

• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in dynamic environments.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, Jira, and Confluence.

• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a project lead is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education: Bachelors Degree
