Job Description
  • Our client is seeking highly experienced individuals who can support large-scale program testing initiatives as well as contribute to the ongoing development and growth of our Business Testing Center of Excellence.
  • The QA Analyst need to have prior experience working on testing with Business people (User acceptance testing).

Must Have's
  • 5+ years managing testing for highly complex projects with minimal management supervision needed.
  • 5+ years managing business testing. (User acceptance testing). Need to be comfortable working with business stakeholders for testing
  • 5+ years in the banking/financial industry.
  • 5+ years managing testing in a highly matrixed organization using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • 5+ years creating or supporting the development of Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Closure documents.
  • 3+ years using JIRA and JTMF (Jira Test Management Framework)
  • AML Experience

Nice to Have's
  • Prior client experience
  • Confluence experience
  • System conversion testing and test management experience.
  • Data warehouse testing and test management experience.

Key Qualifications Include:
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and partnership skills.
  • QA Analyst will test the Management of highly complex projects or programs with minimal management supervision.
  • Prepare test artifacts such as test strategy, test plan and test closure documents.
  • Manage and coordinate test planning and test execution activities.
  • QA Analyst will manage the planning and development of test cases and validate complete test coverage
  • Ensure the team follows governance standards and protocols as defined within the PDLC.
  • Train and mentor business resources who are selected to participate in business testing.
  • Document risks and provide timely escalation of issues, partner with the team to assess options, and provide recommendations for prompt resolution.
  • Prepare various estimates for resource planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Create test execution, defect status, and other reports.
  • Facilitate and manage defect triage and planning meetings
