Genesis of Milford is an upcoming luxury automotive dealership that is currently under construction in Milford, CT. As a Brand Specialist for Genesis of Milford, you will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide an exceptional customer experience and assist clients in finding their ideal luxury vehicle. While the dealership is under construction, you will have the opportunity to participate in the pre-opening phase and contribute to the development of sales processes and strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers warmly and engaging them in conversations to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Providing product information, showcasing the Genesis brand, and explaining the benefits and features of our luxury vehicles.
  • Building relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and active listening.
  • Conducting virtual vehicle presentations and demonstrations to showcase the luxury, technology, and performance of Genesis models.
  • Guiding clients through the financing and purchasing process, including assisting with loan applications and lease agreements.
  • Ensuring the delivery process is seamless, including coordinating vehicle preparation, paperwork, and client vehicle orientation.
  • Following up with clients after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales strategies and establish best practices for the dealership.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and managing sales inquiries using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Participating in training sessions and staying updated on the latest Genesis products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Contributing to the establishment of a positive and customer-centric dealership culture.
