We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Patient Finance Specialist to manage front-office operations, support sales with financial transactions, and assist patients with payment and financing options. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and are comfortable handling financial discussions. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory. This position also includes the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses, a great incentive for driven candidates Responsibilities: • Oversee and coordinate front-office operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows. • Act as a liaison between the front office, management, sales, back office, and doctors. • Manage and report on sales statistics and collections for the office. • Conduct appointment confirmation calls and follow up with patients as needed. • Work directly with patients in the office to collect payments and facilitate financing options (typically $8k-$13k per transaction). • Deliver exceptional service to patients, handling sensitive financial discussions with professionalism and empathy. Qualifications: • At least 3+ years of administrative experience , preferably in a financial or sales environment. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a “can-do” attitude. • Fluent in English and Spanish. • Experience or willingness to engage in financial discussions with customers. • Calm under pressure and able to support co-workers in a fast-paced setting. • Comfortable interacting with customers in person and over the phone. Compensation: $17 - $25 hourly
