What You Will Do

Ascension Wisconsin is looking for a Family Medicine Physician for our Franklin Rawson Clinic

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Wisconsin to provide medical services to patients.

Position Highlights:
  • OPPORTUNITY
    • Join a well-established practice with increasing growth
    • 4 Family Medicine Physicians
    • 2 Family Medicine NP's
      • Medical Assistants assigned to each Physician
    • Full Range of Family Medicine (no OB)
    • Patient Contact hours 36 per week
    • Flexible scheduling with extended hours
      • Monday - Friday
      • No Saturday Clinic
      • Clinic Hours
    • Call Shared with Pool and After-Hours Nurse Triage
      • Weekend 1:14
      • Weekday providers cover own patients until 5 pm
    • Epic EHR
    • Great work/life balance
    • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

    • Full Range of Specialist Consults Available Statewide

    • Midwest Orthopedic Hospital (2nd floor of Franklin Hospital)
    • St. Francis Hospital
    • Strong 24/7 hospitalist support
What You Will Need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
  • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Education:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
