Our client is currently seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer.  Job Duties: Support the company with the design of complex electrical systems. Leading Electrical Design Projects. Designing commercial electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution and building systems. Prepare 2D and 3D construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD. Prepare documents and calculations for the LEED certification process. Coordinate design efforts working closely with our in-house disciplines, architectural clients, and building owners. Verify and validate aspects of system designs to ensure conformance with functional specifications and customer requirements. Perform short circuit, overcurrent protective device coordination and arc flash studies. Perform lighting calculations. Perform contract administration duties of site visits, submittal review and contractor assistance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering 8+ years of experience with plan production for commercial power and lighting projects Experience on Transportation facilities such as train stations or airports Revit Proficiency Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred: PE highly preferred Pay Range: $75 – 95K, depending on experience This is a Direct Hire position that our client is looking to fill immediately.
