Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain machine learning models to solve complex problems for federal clients.

  • Optimize existing models for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in real-world applications.
  • Ensure adherence to federal regulations and standards throughout the model development lifecycle.

  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies to drive innovation within federal projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related roles, preferably with federal government projects.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience in ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with federal compliance standards and experience in handling government data.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
