Centre Pharmacy is located at 915 Centre Ave., Suite 4, Fort Collins, Co. and is a closed- door, long-term care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to the residents of our Columbine Skilled and Assisted Nursing facilities. We offer the low stress work/life balance that pharmacy technicians hope to find.

We are accepting applications for a Pharmacy Technician able to work:

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00am - 5:30pm with some weekends

Compensation

  • Starting wage between $18.00/hour - $21.00/hour (depending on experience)

Pharmacy Technician

  • The Pharmacy Technician interprets physician written orders
  • Enters prescriptions into the computer
  • Runs state of the art filling machine
  • Counts and fills medications and prescriptions under the supervision of the Pharmacist
  • Delivers medications to the appropriate skilled nursing facility and assisted living facilities
  • Receives inventory
  • Assists walk-in employees with prescriptions
  • Orders and maintains the stock of supplies

Qualifications:

  • Competent with computer applications
  • Team-player and maintain an acceptable driving record, per company standards
  • Must be able to multi-task and have effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a high school graduate
  • Have a current driver's license and your own transportation

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior pharmacy technician experience
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification license
  • Prior billing experience including prior authorization and working with insurances.
