Job#: 2040248 Job Description: Job Title: Cybersecurity - Analyst Location: Cleveland Position Overview: The Cybersecurity -Analyst will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization against phishing attacks. This position involves utilizing Proof Point to create and manage phishing campaigns aimed at internal employees. The analyst will be responsible for testing and improving our employees' awareness and response to phishing attempts. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing our overall security posture. Responsibilities: Create and execute phishing campaigns using Proof Point, targeting internal employees. Conduct phishing campaigns approximately every 6 weeks to assess employee vulnerability. Analyze results of phishing campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Enroll employees who fail the initial phishing campaign in additional training. Enroll employees who fail to roster that tracks follow ups and additional training efforts Follow up with employees to ensure corrections have been made and additional training completed. Work closely with the Senior Analyst to transition responsibilities smoothly. Work closely with different groups in the cybersecurity team Manage a high volume of phishing emails Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience with Proof Point or similar email security platforms. Familiarity with phishing techniques and social engineering. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
