Registered Respiratory Therapist - RRT

Night Shift

Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist In this essential role, you will provide critical care to patients with respiratory conditions, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Position Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with respiratory disorders, including COPD, asthma, pneumonia, and acute respiratory distress syndrome
  • Administer oxygen and other respiratory therapies, including bronchodilators, nebulizers, and chest physiotherapy
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis
  • Provide mechanical ventilation and monitor patients on ventilators
  • Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients
Position Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited school
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care
  • Current South Carolina license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
  • BLS and ACLS Certification
