We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to assist the Quality Manager, on our fill line. Daily tasks include supporting Incoming Receiving Inspection activities, Performing Quality Control Start of Production tasks in support of Manufacturing, Performing In-Process Checks and Inspections during process runs, and completing Quality Control Product Final Inspection Acceptance. **Duties/Responsibilities: Perform Receiving Inspection and Disposition of Incoming Raw Materials, Product Containers, Product Labels and Customer Supplied Materials per Standard Operating Procedures. Pull Raw Material samples at Receiving Inspection for internal and external QC testing. Provide QC functions and verifications for daily Start of Production as documented in the Work Orders. Complete and document the results of daily Quality Control In-Process Inspections as documented in the Orders. Complete Product Final Inspections as documented. Complete all Work Order Quality Control Sign Offs and Verifications, Perform Final QC Work Order Review when Process Run is completed. Communicate significant issues or developments to the QA Manager as encountered. Help to Coach and Educate operators on quality requirements as required. Perform and record material destruction as needed and directed. (Obsolete Labels, Outdated Raw Materials, etc.). Complete projects or other duties assigned by the QA Manager. Required Skills/Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically; Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point. Must have strong communication skills and be able to communicate with people effectively and professionally at all levels in the organization. Ability to multi- task and work under pressure to achieve strong results. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills. Be able to take initiative and work independently. Basic knowledge of ISO22716, a plus. High school diploma, GED, or proven experience will be required. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday **Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
