Occupational Therapist

TeeKoz Kids is looking to hire a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team We are a thriving private practice offering a variety of services to families including individual therapy, feeding therapy and dyad/small group sessions, all with a strong emphasis on parent involvement and participation. Home and school visits are also highly encouraged for making lasting changes beyond the clinic walls.

We are looking for a sub-contracting occupational therapist interested in working either a part-time position or full-time position. We are seeking candidates with afternoon/evening hours available and offer a very competitive hourly rate. Experience with sensory processing disorders and Sensory Integration theory and practice is a must. We utilize a range of approaches, including (but not limited to) the Social Thinking Curriculum, the SOS Approach to Feeding, the Astronaut Program, Integrated Listening Systems and other listening programs, and cognitive-behavioral strategies relating to self-regulation.

Candidates should have experience working with children with sensory processing challenges and secondary behavioral issues, motor coordination challenges, and fine motor/handwriting needs, in addition to working with children with developmental disabilities and autism.
