  • Primary Care (IM or FM) Physician
  • Outpatient primary care
  • Schedule: 4 days (32 hours) clinical and one designated administrative day
  • Daily patient Schedule: 17

Minimum Requirements for Consideration
  • Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
  • BLS certification
  • Active Colorado license
  • Minimum of 6 months practice experience post training
