You will be an Items Analyst - Level 2 for the Supply Operations planning and execution effort associated with Air Mobility & Maritime Missions (AMMM) including C-130J, C-5, LM-100J, & P-3 Weapon Systems. What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will be responsible for assuring inventory sufficiency with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems. You will make and execute decisions for operating inventory including priority interpretation, inventory allocation and asset redistribution as necessary among sources of supply. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of asset identification and ability to resolve technical and support problems for assigned classes of items by actively interfacing engineering and other teams. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college OR equivalent experience/combined education • Demonstrated experience with Military Supply Chain Logistics, Warehouse Inventory Management, Item Management, and/or Supplier Management; experience with high-priority spares and/or repairs requisition support and/or component repair cycle management • Experience supporting Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or Supply Chain Management concepts and performance requirements; experience with presenting performance status and metrics to customers and leadership • Demonstrated experience with SAP or like enterprise resource planning tool Desired Skills: • Experience with achieving project success under schedule and budget requirements • Experience with other MRP type software Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel • Experience with inventory management, finance, contracting, procurement, or product support • Experience working with military or industrial customers such as inside/outside sales, distribution, scheduling, routing, and customer support sales or engineering systems or other engineering type work that involves ability to read drawings, contracts, and requirements Clearance Level: None Other Important Information You Should Know Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
