Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for social media platforms, excelling in a video first strategy.
  • Create engaging, high-quality, and on-brand visual content that resonates with our target audience and enhances our brand identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall business goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content, using insights to optimize future content and strategies.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of social media posts.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages to foster a community with our audience.
  • Experiment with new content formats and creative approaches to keep our social media presence innovative and exciting.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation and social media strategy, preferably within the home decor or lifestyle industry.
  • Proven experience creating video content, a portfolio or examples of previous work is a bonus.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a meticulous and creative eye for detail.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong pulse on social media trends.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
