Please review the following job description:
Provides management of contracted field staff to distribute and manage customer assignments, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and conducting quality assurance reviews. Ensure the business unit has proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people in place to effectively grow the business unit and to ensure operating efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide direction and leadership toward the achievement of the Company's philosophy, mission, strategy and the business unit's annual goals and objectives.

2. Receive and process customer assignments, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.

3. Provide support to field contractors, addressing any questions or issues that arise during the completion of assignments.

4. Monitor the progress of assignments to ensure they are completed on time and meet customer expectations.

5. Conduct quality assurance reviews of completed assignments to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.

6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Good Interpersonal skills are essential and an ability to communicate and influence at all levels
2. Must possess and maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry
3. Ability to develop, foster, and maintain an excellent working relationship with clients, carriers and employees

5. Good written and verbal skills
6. Maintain travel schedule depending on the needs of clients, Agents, and new business
7. Ability to work extended hours when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Posses and maintain knowledge of DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations.
3. Previous insurance marketing or compliance experience
