PHYSICAL THERAPIST - HOME HEALTH at Providence Medford Medical Center Schedule: FullTime, Day shift Work Location: This position will be primarily in Jackson County with an occasional visit needed in Josephine County on a Saturday Job description: Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence. Or Master's Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Or D.P.T. From an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License - if practicing within this state 1 year Clinical experience in Home Health or healthcare setting, or active enrollment in the Providence postgraduate preceptor program.
