SYNERGY HomeCare offers CNAs, HCAs & NARs:

Competitive pay between $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Pay is dependent upon the client's level of care)

Travel time & mileage reimbursement

Direct deposit

Paid orientation and ongoing training

Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays

Flexible schedules and matching with nearby clients - keeping distance in mind

As a CNA/ HCA/ NAR with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

Provide personal care to clients as needed

Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

CNA/ HCA/ NAR Benefits include:

100% Mileage reimbursement ($0.67/mile)

100% Reimbursement for client parking costs

100% Reimbursement for CPR/ First Aid Certification ($100)

100% Paid by employer Continuing Education. ($150)

100% Paid by the employer for Nurse Delegation Certification (after 1 year of employment)

100% PPE provided by the employer (gloves, masks, gowns, etc.)

Participation in Aflac Supplemental Insurance after 90 Days

Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance available (50% employer-paid)

PTO/Sick time after 90 days of employment

24/7 Office Support

Competitive hourly wage ($20.00 - $22.00)
