Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Status: Full-time (32 hours per week)

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is a leading provider of rehabilitation services in the greater Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin area. Our board-certified therapists deliver Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies across a range of settings, including post-acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, home care, and outpatient services.

Job Responsibilities:

Adhere to the policies and procedures for the provision of therapy services in alignment with CPT and facility goals.

Maintain high standards for rehabilitation services.

Perform administrative duties as needed for the day-to-day operations of the rehab department.

Build strong rapport with patients, their families, third-party payers, and others involved in patient management.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Communication Disorders.

Must meet the requirements of the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation or the State of Wisconsin as applicable.

Must possess the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or be actively completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

Preferred Experience:

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.

Knowledge of Net Health is a plus; however, we are willing to provide training.
