At a high level, this IAM resource will ideally have technical and soft skills, and would be "on contract" through the remainder of 2024. If the right candidate is identified, we would proceed immediately to onboard them, there is not a specific time slot we need to hit.
Here are some high level resume skills we'd like to review first:
IAM technical background - SailPoint, Active Directory, SSO, and MFA exposure / experience would be nice to have IAM - analyst - BA - support background - we would like to review candidates that have experience supporting the end user experience. We're not looking for service desk / end user break-fix experience, but more in the ownership space including application owners and role owners Business Analyst background - we have many things in motion, ideally, we are presented candidates who have experience working with the business as there are many initiatives in flight this year that will require engagement with the business and IT application owners.
