Title: Salesforce Technical Architect (Sr Consultant, Principal, Sr Principal)

Who you are:

You are a Salesforce architect and project/workstream leader focused on designing and ensuring delivery of Salesforce solutions for and with our clients. You are a self-driven individual with a "get it done" attitude and a passion to solve complex business and technology problems.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with client partners to define requirements, deliverables, and set expectations
• Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best bring to bear the Salesforce platform
• Lead technical design sessions; architect and detail technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states
• Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
• Lead the technical delivery of configuration and/or custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
• Provide expert guidance and lead project/workstream estimation efforts, presenting project approach and solutions to clients during project delivery.
• Support recruiting, selection, staffing and onboarding of consultants to projects; assist in qualifying opportunities and work with people managers and consultants to assess project fit

Qualifications
• Hands-on experience architecting technical Salesforce solutions, including understanding of Salesforce development frameworks and configuration limitations
• Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design and database design
• Expert level understanding of the Salesforce core product suite, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Familiarity preferred with additional clouds and industry specializations(i.e. CPQ/RLM, Marketing Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, etc)
• Understanding of systems architecture and ability to craft scalable solutions
• Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and standard methodologies
• Understanding of platform security capabilities, including data sharing and transparency considerations and how these play into platform architecture
• Familiarity with identity & access protocols and frameworks (SAML SSO, OAuth)
• Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (data warehouse/lake, middleware platforms, Analytics/BI tools, ERPs, etc)
