Description:

The Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering timely software integration projects while providing high-quality

technical support to users encountering complex challenges. This role involves offering Tier 2 support in a Good

Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment and participating in a 24x7 on-call support rotation. Strong customer

service skills are crucial, as the position requires regular interaction with internal clients. The Systems Analyst reports

directly to the Digital Site Head.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data owners when deploying new software or software upgrades to determine IT

requirements (e.g., Group Policy Objects (GPOs) or necessary system modifications).

• Perform continuous analysis to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality.

• Troubleshoot, assess, and resolve incidents and service requests, ensuring they are managed within Service

Level Agreements (SLAs). Escalate when necessary.

• Document and create trouble tickets promptly for reported system issues, such as unavailability, slow

response times, unauthorized access, missing files, or malware. Respond to and update support tickets in a

timely manner.

• Assist system administrators and engineers on various projects as needed.

• Participate in the design and development of solutions for integration projects.

• Provide technical expertise during the planning, execution, management, validation and qualification process

of new applications or equipment.

• Identify and resolve system issues; recognize common patterns and triage bugs for improvement.

• Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions in line with the organization’s

principles, business requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Proactively monitor solutions to ensure operational stability in production environments.

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
