A private practice in Pennsylvania is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician to join their team. The successful candidate will be board certified or board eligible and will have the opportunity to perform bread and butter anesthesiology with 30% ortho, 5% pediatrics, and 5% neurology. This is a general anesthesiology position with no cardiac or trauma. Regional skills are a plus, and only 25% of the schedule will be CRNA supervision. The schedule is flexible with 1:5 weekday call and 1:7 weekend call. The compensation package includes a $450k base salary, $70k for voluntary calls, $66k employer-funded 401(k) contribution, $1,650 employer-funded HRA account, $50k sign-on bonus, $10k for relocation, $3k for CME, and reimbursement for all licensing and board fees. Additional perks include 8 weeks of paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, and a partnership track that includes one share of stock in the practice at the cost of $2,500 (buy-in) to be granted at the completion of 2 years of employment. Current residents and fellows will also be considered.
- Salary: $450k base compensation, $70k for voluntary calls
- Bonuses: $50k sign-on bonus, $10k for relocation, and $3k for CME
- Retirement: $66k employer funded 401(k) contribution
- Benefits: $1,650 employer funded HRA account
- Other Perks: $80 per month for cell phone expenses and $500 per month for car expenses.
