- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting.
- Collaborate with the emergency room team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in patient condition.
- Triage incoming patients effectively and efficiently.
- Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Respond to emergency situations with precision and compassion.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff members.
