The medical facility is rated as a complex medical facility, therefore provides surgical care to a wide variety of patients, both locally and from surrounding states. Labor Edge Job ID: 27345016 Reports to : Nurse Team Lead / Nurse Manager Principle Accountabilities: Conduct medical screenings and assist with patient care. Refer patients , as needed, to hospital or medical specialists. Maintain the case files and database in accordance with established policies and procedures. Must be proficient in English. Must have exceptional clinical skill and ability Knowledge and Skills : Must have exceptional customer service skills. Must be proficient in English (read/write/speak). Education : Registered Nursing Degree High School Degree or equivalent is required. A copy must be submitted for review in order to work on this project. Physical Requirements : Must be able to sit for more than 8 hours per day. Must be willing to work overtime if necessary. Must be able to use an elevator or walk up and down stairs. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and carry up to 10 feet. Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows/knees and reach above and below shoulders Must be able to read and interpret handwritten and typewritten print Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear Must be able to perform duties in an indoor or outdoor environment Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation Must undergo urine drug testing Positions require applicants to be US Citizens, 21 years or older and have a valid RN license. Must complete criminal background check, urine drug testing, and Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) background check.
