Nursing is the diagnosis and treatment of human response to actual or potential health problems. This includes establishing an intentional therapeutic relationship between a registered nurse and a patient and family. Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities- Assessment.
- Collects, prioritizes and synthesizes comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.

Job Requirements
- Associate's or Vocational degree
required - Bachelor's degree preferred
- All new grads must apply to the New Grad RN Requisition: R-0000016. New Graduate RN applicants must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- 0 to 2 years RN experience required
- 0 to 2 years May consider new graduate RN
- 0 to 2 years rehabilitation experience preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required if working in the state of MN upon hire or
- Licensed Registered Nurse - WI Dept of Safety & Professional Services required if working in the state of WI upon hire and
- BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required by completion of orientation
- CRRN Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse preferred
