What to expect.

You will strategically guide, develop, implement, and evaluate marketing and media plans for the health system and its specialized programs. This position will manage a team focusing on consumer-facing content, digital marketing platforms, and engagement strategy.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing comprehensive marketing campaigns consistent with strategic business priorities and operational goals, and within approved budgets.
  • Employing advanced marketing practices to develop marketing plans and measure/report on performance, including ROI.
  • Utilizing technologies like database marketing, CRM, and marketing automation to drive growth.
  • Managing all digital marketing platforms including social media, blogs, and e-newsletters.
  • Employing SEO keyword analysis and KPIs for planning and measuring impact of created content.
  • Leading the development and execution of brand and brand strategy across all departments, programs, and initiatives.
  • Ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and achieves objectives.
  • Providing outreach and sponsorship representation either personally or through coordination and direction of assigned staff.
  • Planning and monitoring annual marketing budget.

What we need from you.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or closely related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience, including proven leadership and excellence in marketing strategy.
  • Health system experience is preferred.
