Job Description

Keeps office, assembly and shop buildings in clean and orderly condition.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums shop, assembly, office and team storage space Empties trash and garbage containers

Maintains building performing minor or routine repairs Assists in general shop and assembly building clean ups Assists in town errands

Assists in landfill and scrap metal removal

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

High School

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor Exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally

Exert 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently

Exert 5 to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects VISUAL ACUITY: Normal vision and accommodation HEARING ABILITY: Normal

WORKING CONDITIONS:

High noise levels from operation machines

Physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts Breathing fumes, dust and mist

Skin exposure to oil and fluids

MISCELLANEOUS JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Communication skills in a team environment Other job related instructions as required Other job related duties as requested

Valid drivers license
