Here’s What You’ll Get To Do

• On/off-load the product from tables and rolling racks.
• Use pneumatic screw guns and drills to assemble the parts for doors, frames and windows.
• Perform different functions on a rotating basis as part of a “team”.

What We’re Looking For:

• Construction type experience.
• Read, understand, and communicate paperwork.
• Attach appropriate paperwork and/or tags to products and packages.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
• An uncompromising safety-first approach in the workplace. At OBE we have each other’s back.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work in an environment that is not climate controlled
• Must be able to perform heavy work, lifting and moving material. Weight over 50 lbs. requires assistance (Team lift or mechanical).
• Must be able to stand 8+ hrs a day.
• Job requires pushing/pulling, bending/twisting, carrying, reaching, walking on a frequent/constant basis
• Job requires kneeling/crawling, climbing a ladder/scaffold, stooping/squatting, stair climbing, typing/keyboarding on an occasional basis.
