What You'll Do:

Job Functions:
- Business Process Support Specialist will provide support in documenting and analyzing existing business processes.
- Assist in the identification of process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
- Assist in the development of training materials and conducting training sessions for process changes.
- Business Process Support Specialist will monitor and evaluate implemented processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business process-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process changes and updates.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a business process support role or similar capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
