Scope of Work: Multispecialty group. Need Family Medicine to see patients of all ages.
Patient census 20-23 ppd

Federally Qualified Health Care center, Medicaid/medicare, colds/flu, immunizations, strong patient population of diabetes - appointments and walk-in patients.

Requirements: SC license, BC/BE Family Med Physicians, Federal DEA, SC DEA/DHEC - controlled substance registration
