Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Dermatologist to join our well-established practice in Lancaster, PA. This position offers a clear pathway to partnership and provides a collaborative work environment with a strong support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive dermatological care to a high volume of patients (approximately 39-44 patients per day)
  • Collaborate with a team of assistants who handle scribing and rooming patients
  • Work 4-5 days per week in a dynamic and fast-paced clinical setting
  • Offer general dermatology services with an opportunity to grow into partnership
Benefits:
  • Health Insurance: Practice covers approximately 95% of the employee's premiums, with the employee responsible for $45 per pay period. Dependent coverage available at 100% employee cost.
  • Dental and Vision Insurance: Low-cost dental and vision coverage at $9 per pay period.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan: The practice contributes 3% of the employee's gross earnings to their 401(k) account.
  • Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered by the practice.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Fellowship or residency in dermatology
