Discontinuing sheaths) 2500+ births / annually....Procedures/ diagnoses could include: MGSO4, PIH, Bleeding, IV insulin, Diabetes, Multiples, Pain management, birth plans, midwives, natural childbirth, water births, epidural 72%, addicted mom care, NAS care, and premie deliveries. NICU attends all C/Sections and any criteria for a compromised baby. RNs should be competent in vaginal exams, as many private MDs. They utilize a "nanny nurse" which is a NICU RN when available to do NN assessments. Deliveries are attended by 2 RNs. Core staff will assume duties of CN, Triage, Nanny Nurse and Scrub. Floating within Mother Baby areas and Pedi with appropriate (not to M/S).
