We are looking for a motivated candidate with attention to detail, a passion to continue to develop as a professional, and a desire to be part of a strong team. Job Responsibilities: Apply professional principles, complex numerical models, and innovative solutions to real-world problems as part of a team of engineers and scientists while under the supervision of senior engineering personnel. Assist in the preparation of CAD drawings for contract documents and reports with input and guidance from senior engineers in accordance with internal drafting procedures and guidelines. Prepare complete plans and specifications to be part of construction documents. Develop engineering recommendations and write technical reports. Perform design calculations for hydraulic structures including spillways, dam outlet works, diversion and check structures, measurement flumes, and other various raw water infrastructure. Perform inspections of dams and hydraulic structures Collect data and measurements in the field. Ability to travel and work in the field is required. Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree focused in civil engineering, from an ABET-accredited institution. 0-2 years of design-oriented consulting engineering. Passing result on F.E. Exam. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment. Other Requirements: Ability to pass a background check which may include criminal history, motor vehicle record, and credit check. Ability to pass a pre-employment screening.
