Summary: Financial Planning Firm seeks a highly energized, competent, and confident Client Account Specialist who will thrive in a growing and fast paced environment. Candidate will be professional and has the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines, who can accept direction, is an adaptive learner, a collaborator, has a strong diligence and able to consistently follow-through on tasks while having strong computer skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform general administration and support functions for the office as required.

· Organize, coordinate, and maintain client paperwork.

· Correspond with clients to accurately prepare and complete new account applications, asset transfers, and other service forms.

· Manage routine matters for client accounts including processing changes, account applications, bank authorizations, annuity reallocations, answering client questions via telephone and face to face.

· Assist in preparation for all prospect and client meetings including ordering insurance illustrations.

· Assist in preparation of preliminary financial planning information including charts, graphs, tables, and other visual aids.

· Work with the Financial Advisors to develop portfolio recommendations according to the client’s goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon.

· Back up Receptionist

· Additional Duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

· 3 years’ experience in financial services

· Strong initiative

· Cheerful Outlook

· Exceptional diligence

· Exceptional organization, prioritization, and people skills

· Exceptional communication skills; both verbal and written

· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

· Investigate, research, and resolve problems and or concerns.

· Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

· Ability to learn and utilize CRM and Report Tools

· Previous RIA experience a plus.

Insurance or Securities Licenses are not required.
