A large financial institution in El Monte is seeking out candidates to join their team. As an Operations Processor, you will be responsible for repetitive tasks such as receiving, preparing, and distributing incoming and/or outgoing mail/packages. We are currently hiring for overnight 12am-8am shift including Saturday and Sundays.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 12 AM - 8 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, log, batch, and distribute work

• Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

• Utilize mail sorting and tracking equipment or system applications

• Prep and dispatch outbound packages

• Miscellaneous mail duties

• Sort and stage incoming mail

• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles

• Work under supervision following established procedures

• Open and prepare incoming payments for processing
