After 12 hrs. in a shift in CA, traveler will be paid their overtime rate or double-time, whichever is the greater of the two.

Does not need exp in radiation, they can be trained

Unit Radiation Oncology
# of patients treated/day 35-45 cancer patients/day
General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) ACLS, BLS, ONS/ONCC is Preferred, CA license in hand required for submission.
What areas will they cover? Only radiation oncology
Experience or 'Must have' skills Minimum of 3 years' experience. Strongly prefer experience in IV Contrast.
EMR: Epic ( they also have Varian treatment machines & software.)
Radiology Supervisor Reports to Radiation Oncology Supervisor
Shifts & Scheduling 8Hr shifts M-F 9AM-530PM
Weekend Requirement None
Holiday Requirement Closed for 8 holidays
Is there a call or standby requirement? None
Floating Requirements Will not float out of radiation oncology
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs provided by hospital via scrub order form
Unit/Department specific orientation 1 shift
