Functie Als planning engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de uitvoeringsplanning.De hoofdtaken bestaan uit de volgende:In studiefase:Bestuderen en uitwerken diverse planningen (master, opwaartse, .) en fases van het bouwproces, gebaseerd op middelen gebruikt in calculatieVerder verfijnen planning nav onderhandelingsgesprekken met de klantIn uitvoeringsfase:werfplanningen en opvolging ervan.Templates en basisplanningen uitwerken voor de werven ter ondersteuning.Uitwerken mogelijkse scenarios.Basisrendementen bepalen en hier slimme controles mee uitvoeren.Enthousiasmeren en op wegzetten van de werfteams in leanplannen & de opvolging ervan Profiel Bachelor of master industrieel ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring4 tot 5 jaar ervaring op werven, studiedienstErvaring met organisatie van de werfOpleiding lean is een pluspuntGoede kennis van Office-pakketten, Primavera, MS Project, Bim, openstaan voor digitale tools.Pro-actief nauwkeurig, zelfstandig, teamplayer.Kennis van het Frans is een surplus Aanbod Je komt terecht in een open en aangename werksfeer.Je werkt mee aan prestigieuze en innovatieve projecten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel.De projecten bij Van Laere zijn steeds zeer divers (gebouwen, industrie, burgerlijke bouwkunde,...), waardoor we een generalist zijn in ons terrein en je in aanraking komt met uiteenlopende ervaringen.Naast een aantrekkelijk salaris met een uitgebreid pakket aan extralegale voordelen, bieden wij ook de mogelijkheid om je permanent bij te scholen.Natuurlijk krijg je de nodige ondersteuning en kan je rekenen op een goede begeleiding en opvolging.
