Job Description

Position Title: Physical Therapist

Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a prime location This is an exceptional opportunity for a licensed PT with a focus on pelvic health to work in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will provide high-quality care to a manageable caseload, allowing for personalized attention and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and limitations, particularly those related to pelvic health.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, manual therapy, and other therapeutic techniques.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercise programs, home care, and injury prevention.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice.

Minimum Background Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Physical Therapy license in the state of South Carolina.
  • Experience treating patients with pelvic health-related issues.
