Electrical Superintendent

If you answered "YES" to those questions, then an Electrical Superintendent- Industrial role at Weifield Group Contracting may be perfect for you What You Will Do: While continuing to hone your craft and build your leadership skills, you will Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage industrial electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency Run a crew(s) or project(s) from 30,000 to 100,000 man-hours or project(s) from $10M-$30M Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50-70 employees on one or more sites Independently start and manage projects Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships What You Will Bring: In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will Have 6+ years' experience managing high dollar industrial electrical projects and large teams Foremen II and III will have 2-4+ years of supervisory experience respectively Experience utilizing prefabrication Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications What Weifield is All About: Weifield is an award winning, national leader in cutting-edge electrical construction with nearly 900 employees across all our regions.
