ProMedica Physicians Family Medicine – Fremont is seeking a full time, board eligible/board certified Family Medicine Physician to work in the small and rewarding community of Fremont, Ohio. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient history, symptoms, and medical records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality patient care. Educate patients about preventative care, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management. Maintain accurate and up-to date patient records using electronic health records systems. Stay informed about the latest medical advancements, research, and the best primary care. Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including networking, councils, and boards.
