Clinical Nutritionist

A clinic in Auburn is seeking a Clinical Nutritionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop rapport with patients and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve health and wellness. This position offers the opportunity for professional growth and development within the nutrition program.

Responsibilities:

  • Interview patients and families to obtain diet history and provide counseling
  • Make appropriate referrals to other services and healthcare providers
  • Counsel patients on medical nutrition and diet therapy principles
  • Communicate with internal and external providers as needed for patient care
  • Assist in projects to increase patient referrals

Qualifications:

  • Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetics Registration / Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Experience in outpatient or clinical dietitian role preferred
  • Registered Dietitian Licensure in good standing
