Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $5,000 Sign on Bonus

We are seeking a caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our hard working team in our health center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with older adults and a heart for providing patient centered care. New Graduates and Experienced LPNs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, report changes to the healthcare team
  • Educate patients and their families on health concerns and disease process
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
  • CPR Certified
  • Licensed as an LPN in the state of Missouri
  • Experience in using electronic health record systems like Point Click Care preferred
  • Experience working with in long-term care preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week. Set 2-week schedule working 7 out of 14 calendar days and every other weekend off.
  • Day shift: 6:45am - 7:15pm
  • Night shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am
