ResponsibilitiesProvide health care services to the organization's employees in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous experience in Employee Health or Occupational Health a plus.
- Works well in a team environment and at times independently.
- Comfortable working within and knowledge of EMR systems, medical terminology, and computer platforms highly desired.
- Critical thinking skills, strong clinical skills in such areas as health assessment, lab result evaluation, and immunization administration are important in our outpatient environment.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
